Previously a collegiate defensive lineman weighing in at 315lbs, Cornell McTier is our chief of weight transformations.

As a Los Angeles local, Cornell has been working in health and fitness field for more than 5 years. He holds a masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and a Minor in wellness. He offers expertise in athletic development, weight loss, muscle building, nutrition counseling, post rehabilitation, and stress management.

With a sports background including at the collegiate level, he considers one of his biggest accomplishments his own transformation dropping 100lbs after culminating his football career as a defensive lineman.

Cornell has also spent a few years working in a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation clinic at the Veteran’s Hospital of West LA where he enjoyed conducting stress tests and working hand and hand to rehab some of the men and women that served our country.
